Step-by-Step Pre- Pay Flow

Step 1 | User Authentication

Residents log in to the portal using their registered mobile number or email ID, typically verified via a 6-digit OTP. Click to GET STARTED at homepage.

Step 2 | Navigate to Maintenance Pre Pay Engine

  • Select Plan from available "Quartely," "Half-Yearly," or "Yearly Plan" option.

Step 3 | Monthly Society Bill

  • Enter Monthly Society Maintenance Amount in numeric e.g."5000"

Step 4 | Payment Summary

  • Auto calculated summarized version is created with guaranteed return amount and the day this will credited.
  • Select "Validated Amount” for your confirmation and consent.
  • Click "Play Now” for next page.

Step 5 | Confirm Details & Payment Method

  • Choose a payment method: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Step 6 | Execute Transaction

  • Redirect to the integrated payment gateway (e.g., RazorPay, BBPS) to complete the secure transaction.

Step 7 | Instant Credit & Receipt Generation

  • Upon successful payment, the system instantly updates the resident's ledger to show a credit balance.
  • An automated E-Receipt is generated and sent via email or available for download in the "Transaction History".
